Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu has taken a transformative step towards strengthening Arunachal Pradesh’s police force by inaugurating state-of-the-art facilities at the Police Training Centre in Banderdewa. These new additions are set to enhance the operational readiness, morale, and overall well-being of our police personnel, fostering a spirit of excellence and dedication.

The newly inaugurated facilities include:

Integrated Sports Complex
300-Men Barrack
Volleyball Turf Court

These infrastructure advancements address critical needs such as improved accommodation, recreational amenities, and fitness facilities, demonstrating the state government’s unwavering commitment to creating a supportive and efficient environment for our police force.

How to improve police image in public?
Media relations should be cultivated so that balanced reporting on police activities is achieved. Police should not only have initial basic training designed to make them proficient, fair and sensitive in dealing with the public but inservice training should update knowledge and behavioral requirements.
