VC of university must be approached to address the issue of unspoken harassment and using common roads in residential zones for stalking. Men who abuse their proximity in university residences to disturb people around by continuous watching or stalking or comming out of their flat the moment the teacher / lady staff comes to the balcony and making some noise like coughing to attract attention on a regular basis for months needs to be addressed. This doesnot allow ladies to stand in their balcony
