Organizations must have strict rules concerning behaviour of Men in residences around ladies like giving free space to them and not standing below their balconies. Areas outside the building are not personal spaces to be occupied . Such men need to be reallotted houses elsewhere to set a precedence that unspoken behaviour can be addressed in a similar way .
