A solution can remove age old disturbing practices. Former can be contacted and directed to contribute so that they know that you know. It is being used as a tool by a group. The group needs to be found. Can AI help eg yesterday at around 4.58 pm surrounding mobiles locations at 10 metres distance and their searched items, communication between them and successive movements movements
