A state-of-the-art Sports Complex has been inaugurated at Tuting, Upper Siang District, under Operation Sadbhavana, in collaboration with the Deputy Commissioner and Spear Corps of the Indian Army.

The facility features a FIFA-standard Futsal Court, two Volleyball Courts with all-weather surfaces, and an eco-friendly design, fostering sports development and sustainability.

More than just a sports arena, the complex will serve as a hub for training, inter-village tournaments, cultural events, and social gatherings, strengthening youth engagement and community bonds.

Rural development is vital for sustainable livelihoods by fostering economic growth, reducing poverty and enhancing community well-being through infrastructure, employment,sustainable agriculture and skill development. It improves access to basic services,strengthens local governance, empowers women and marginalized groups, and promotes balanced regional growth, ultimately creating more resilient and self-sufficient rural communities.
