A tree of average age may be sufficient to deliver oxygen to a family for a year. Research suggests that within a few minutes between the trees and the green environment, our blood pressure decreases, our heart rate returns to normal and stress levels also begin to decrease.
We all know that the country is facing the corona epidemic, in which the role of oxygen is the most important in dealing with the situation. In such a situation, who does not know that trees play a big role in producing oxygen. Trees are as important to our lives as our breath. Every creature on the earth needs air, so it is very important for the trees to survive for life.
It is also true that most of us are unable to find time for plantations due to our busy lifestyles. But to bring small changes in the environment, indoor plantation of plants can be done. For example- basil, bamboo plants, pothos, snake plant, spider plant, peace lilies, gerbera daisy, aloe-vera, boston ferns, English ivy or rubber plant are many options. The specialty of such plants are that they do not take up too much space nor do they require high amount of water or nourishment, but they eliminate the toxins from the air as well as increase the amount of oxygen in our homes and proved to be helpful in constructing a beautiful garden.
