In this hour, it is important to stay aware and observe all safety precaution measures subscribed by the health authority. Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others. So, it is important to take care of your health and protect others by following all the below advisories.

Stay home, stay safe – The most important thing to do to fight COVID19 is to stay home and break the chain.
Wash your hands frequently - Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
Maintain social distancing - Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth - Hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.

Practice respiratory hygiene - Follow good respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze or use tissues.

Eat healthy - Emphasize on whole grains, vegetables, and fruits—serve them in the greatest amounts.  Meat portions should be smaller—this will save money and help keep dietary saturated fat in check.

If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care immediately.

Specially people of Red zone area shall do this:

Soak all raw, whole fruits and vegetables in a solution of food-grade hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar. Let dry before putting them away in your fridge and cupboards. You can also use vegetable antibacterial wash to clean produce. Wash your hands before and after handling fresh produce.
