  Carpe Diem, meaning “Pluck the day” or translated as “Seize the day”. Simple yet, beautiful, the term was used by a Roman Poet named “Horace” to express the idea that one should enjoy life while one can.

  So the Question arises here: Do we really follow Carpe diem? Does this really help in reducing your stress and anxiety?

  To answer these questions, firstly, we need to know how anxiety occurs in an individual.

  Studies have shown that at least more than 30% of people express worry in their day to day life. Overthinking and Worry has been shown by many scientists to create anxiety and stress in people, and they think that following “Carpe Diem” is one of the mantras to release the stress going on inside an individual. Everyone goes through ups and downs in their lives and we generally tend to keep it within ourselves and during this cycle, we forget to enjoy the very moment that we are actually living in. These are some proven incomplete mini-steps towards anxiety which encircles us sometimes when we do not grab the chance that we get, especially when we truly seek it.
Today when we look at anxieties that people face which can vary from people to people with different reasons and experiences, It is said that following “Carpe diem” can curb the worry or the anxiety of an individual at some level, Thus, we can feel the happy molecules within ourself.

Good time with good people **good life with good time** is found rare and who understand the situation and hold it achieve success in life@ because it never repeats ** Good thinking, good food habit, good life style and above all always stay engaged in work, may be another will make you anxiety free.** Never give a lesson to time and never teach a lesson to your life because the value of life and time are only known by those who have lost every thing with there time and life.**

बहुत ही सुंदर चर्चा प्रत्येक मनुष्य अलग है दूसरे से जीवन मे ख़ुशी का कोई माप नही है बच्चा एक टॉफी से खुश हो जाता है पर इंसान अपने साधुवाद कर्मो से भी जींवन मै ख़ुशी महसूस कर सकते है कुछ लोग जानवरो के साथ समय बिता क्र कुछ है यह मन की थेरैपी ही है जो जरुरी है मन की शान्ति के लिए.
