Seva Apke Dwar 2.0, a government outreach programme designed to deliver important services and information to its citizens' doorsteps is being implemented in Arunachal Pradesh and is setting the bar high for other states. It is a revamped version of the government's flagship Sarkar Aapke Dwar campaign. Since the programme's launch, several activities have been held across the state to assist residents in gaining access to welfare and benefit-based programmes.

The programme involves District Administration representatives, providing citizens with day-long government-sponsored services in the fields of banking, veterinary care, agriculture, horticulture, textiles, handicrafts, applying for an Aadhar card, and much more. Furthermore, officials create awareness to encourage individuals to engage in income-generating agricultural practices such as growing millet kinds such as foxtail millets, finger millets, jobstear, sorghum, and others.

To date, numerous district administrations throughout the state have offered services associated with ongoing schemes, making Anganwadi services, National Social Assistance, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, Schemes for Adolescent Girls, Poshan Abhiyaan, and the Integrated Child Protection Scheme accessible to the uninformed local populace.

The Seva Aapke Dwar campaign is a shining example of the government's efforts to enhance the quality of life for citizens, ensuring that no one is left behind. It is an ongoing programme being conducted across the state to provide facilities at the doorsteps of outreach regions. We urge all to avail of services and complete their pending official works, as well as avail of state and centrally sponsored schemes such as health insurance schemes like CMAAY and PM-JAY. These schemes are fully financed by the government and cover financial assistance of Rs. 5 lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization across public and private empanelled hospitals in India.

Inviting citizens to share their experience in availing services through the Seva Apke Dwar 2.0 in Arunachal Pradesh and if there are additional measures to make it even more beneficial to the citizens.
