Taking up its foremost task, the education system in the rural communities of Arunachal Pradesh helps impart knowledge among the indigenous populace and enable them to make salient decisions that would usher in many opportunities for them. The locals here being very much dependant on agriculture as their main occupation, education can bring them exposure to new possibilities with innovations in their farming activities resulting in surplus harvests. It also opens up news doors toward economic self –reliance via various entrepreneurial options to choose from, and not just fall back on only one type of occupation.
