It's a magnificent step in welfarism . But its proper utilisation depends upon the technological advancement . It should be based on real time platform so that any programme can be analysed by the real time satellite image, with state officials confirmation on that project. It can be enhanced by integrating the district administration with the state chief officials so that decisions can be taken properly and efficiently .
