In a significant step towards empowering grassroots governance, recently, the State Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (SIRD), Arunachal Pradesh, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tribhuvan Sahkari University-IRMA, Gujarat.
