The Government of Arunachal Pradesh is taking a significant step towards competent healthcare by introducing QR-based services at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Naharlagun. This initiative is designed to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and patient experience, making hospital visits more seamless and hassle-free.

Key Features:

Scan & Find Help – Instantly access information on hospital facilities, locate departments, and get real-time assistance.

Scan & Feedback – Provide valuable feedback on services to improve healthcare delivery and ensure patient satisfaction.

By leveraging technology, these features aim to reduce waiting times, streamline navigation within the hospital, and empower citizens with faster, more transparent services.

QR code based services some times may waste a lot of time in making a right choice.
A QR code is put on OPD card of a patient.
But when the patient goes to a Consultation room and the assistant there tries to scan it. However, due to faulty QR code reader, he may not be able to see the patient details.
QR code readers are quite sensitive.

Sir
Please see if automatic mosquito repellent DISPENSERS can be installed in areas around hospitals , in bylanes and homes to kill dengue mosquitoes. These can have herbal contents and could be made available commercially. There are dispensers available in markets for other purposes.

How to make a patient feel heard?
Listening actively is critical for establishing patient rapport. Let the patient tell his or her story. Do not interrupt or break in with our conclusion or even our questions. If we need to write something in the record, explain that we need a moment to jot down some notes.
