Mechanised form of attendance is best. Teachers or students or office staff witnessing the timing of a teacher giving rise to a high level and frequency of daily unspoken form of stalking by merely passing a teacher everytime the teacher comes out in campus or leaves campus to give an impression of being watched should not be permissible to be presented anywhere as proof of teacher timing. A UGC notification regarding this would be highly welcome.

Request that UGC send to university a clarification that teachers opting for biometric and 5 day week enjoy can complete 40 hours workload from 8 am to 8 pm like 6 day week ones including time spent in laboratory with usual minimum 5 hours daily in campus.Timing for administrative staff and teachers are different and not be clubbed in one circular (0rder 618 biometric) where both have same timing office hours-9.30 to 6 pm. Such ambiguity gives rise to misinterpretation,partiality, stalking.

People in remote areas require atleast 10 casual leaves. We will be grateful if this could be done as other leaves dep. Also 3 days medical leave for issues like back pain, leg sprain, viral fever etc should be allowed without medical certificate in educational institutes. You are requested to incorporate these changes also in leave rules.

शुरुआत में बिल्डरों को बाहरी लोगों को स्वतंत्र इकाइयों के रूप में पार्किंग स्थल बेचने की अनुमति थी, लेकिन इससे सोसायटी के निवासियों की आपत्तियों का सामना करना पड़ा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले ने इस बात की पुष्टि की कि पार्किंग स्थल सोसायटी द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सामान्य सुविधाएं हैं और इन्हें अलग से नहीं बेचा जा सकता ।
