Alternately if MYGOV profile already exists, then one can also go to MYGOV.IN and then get redirect to ARUNACHAL.MYGOV.IN following navigation Menu--> State-->Arunachal Pradesh

You can log in to https://arunachal.mygov.in and have to create your MYGOV profile first by clicking on the Register Now link. Fill in your basic details like your name, DOB, email id, mobile#, gender and click on the Create New Account button.
