1. Economic and Infrastructure Hurdles:-
* High Unemployment: Limited local industries and a heavy reliance on basic farming leave youth underemployed, leading to outmigration.
* Poor Connectivity:- Mountainous terrain delays road creation, mobile networks and internet expansion.
* Remote Disparities:- Border and interior villages lack basic amenities like steady electricity, proper roads and clean water.
