All of us have some certain significant goals or aspirations that we hope to achieve in the future. A well-constructed career plan can assist in reaching these goals and eventually to success. Choosing a career path is one of the most important decision-making ventures in life. However, with various external pressures, selecting the right career can be fairly difficult in this competitive environment.
Many students make career decision hastily without much thought and end up unsatisfied with the job or the profession they are in. The stress and frustration of the job may lead to depression on a person. Career counselling can be very effective in empowering students to realize their inner potential, skills and interest in choosing a satisfying career. In many western countries, career counselling is considered to be a foremost step to be taken before deciding on a permanent career. YES,supporting students' interests, strengths and aspirations is one of the carrier counselling for the students growth in educational sector. So this a positive factor that there should be a counselling management where decision should be taken by the management for there ( students) future growth. Opportunities don't come by itself counselling makes them happen.As a student carrier they should think that they should heal the past,live the present,and should dream about a better future.
