right information to right man at the right time can result wonder. Counselling is very important for career building. Proper counselling from professional counsellor having psychology background may be more beneficial. To make a strong pool of counsellors govt may kindly introduce diploma or PG diploma level course through university distance education programme for graduates.it help to build a team of educated counsellor and generate employment to youths too..
