The growing road connectivity to remote locations of Arunachal Pradesh

Connectivity between different regions is one of the most vital steps to a progressive community. The construction of strong and durable road, air, water and railway connections can not only significantly boost the economy of an area but also uplift the community by generating income opportunities. Arunachal Pradesh, being the largest territory in the North-Eastern regions of India, has the potential to carry big industries as well as produce and maintain high-quality demands.

Since 2014, the Government of India and the State Government are actively working and shifting focus towards the betterment of citizens living in remote and border areas away from the main town.

Both the central and state government strives to focus on developing Arunachal by building infrastructure and connectivity as the head starts for the overall nation's advancement. Recently, on 3rd January 2023, the Defence Minister of India, Shri Rajnath Singh, inaugurated 28 developmental projects, including - the Siyom Bridge, and the Moody bridge among the other projects in Arunachal Pradesh. These projects along with the upcoming Sela Tunnel will drastically reduce the time and distance travelled between the two regions, otherwise taking long hours of travel to reach; making the commute easier and more convenient for the travellers.

Not only will the duration and distance be reduced, but it will also open new and reachable tourist routes which will then generate income opportunities in the tourism sector. Initiatives focusing on infrastructure development have always been effective for a progressive community and with changing times, it won't be long before we will be able to easily reach the border areas of the state.

Government of India is committed to:-
A. Establish a Road Safety Information Database.
B. Ensure Safer Road Infrastructure.
C. Safer Vehicles.
D. Safer Drivers.
E. Ensure Safer Road Infrastructure.
F. Safety of Vulnerable Road Users.

How can road infrastructure be improved in Arunachal Pradesh?
First, by regularly investing in road infrastructure and maintaining pavements, signages, markings, bridges and tunnels. Second, by improving city planning to avoid congestion and improve traffic flow. And third, by promoting and incentivizing other forms of mobility such as walking, biking and taking public transport.

What connects Arunachal Pradesh by road with the rest of India?
There are two highways that connect the state with the rest of the India. One is National Highway 52, which connects Jonai (sub-division of Dhemaji District in the state of Assam) with Dirak. Another highway connects Tezpur in Assam with Tawang.

Dear India, our country has been running road connections for many centuries.The specialty of Arunachal Pradesh is that it is situated at such a location, you can see the mountains, I can go to the place, the roads there are no less than wonders, there are wonderful roads.Human don't know that you walk this death road

*to be help of road transport institute and consultant with scientist and expert and use optimize,cheap method/technology in road construction department
*one department delegation formulate and visit indias other state and study road construction department and consulting official to how to complete project in deadline

People need to have adequate access to water, energy, land, health services, education, transport services and markets. A lack of access limits the opportunity that people have to improve and sustain their social and economic well being. Improving access and reducing poverty are correlated.
